Retaining control
We know it is incredibly important for you to remain in control of your job search.  As such we’ll work with you to draw up a plan, we’ll talk through your requirements, identify organisations and roles of interest to you, and allow you to make the decision as to which opportunities you wish to pursue.  Whilst we work hard on your behalf, you retain full control over your CV and we’ll keep you fully informed throughout the process.

Relevance of opportunities
There is nothing worse than being bombarded with completely irrelevant opportunities.  When we meet with you we take the time to uncover what it is you are looking for, listening and digesting what we hear.  We’ll only talk to you about roles of relevance, and rest assured, we always have your best interests at heart.  We are absolutely not about trying to fit square pegs into round holes!

Support and guidance
Whether it’s advice on CV presentation, ensuring you are fully briefed ahead of interview, providing you with post interview feedback, or talking you through the details of an offer and agreeing terms, we’re on hand to offer advice and guidance throughout.  And we don’t stop there, we stay in touch in the run up to you starting your new role as well as while you’re settling in.
