High Potential HR are committed to protecting your privacy.  We collect the personal details that you provide to us on our website for the purpose of providing you with information about job vacancies, providing you with recruitment services, sending you information about some of our other recruitment services, carry out market research and marketing analysis. High Potential HR may need to collect and process personal information about you.  This information may include personal information about you including your name, email address, postal address and telephone number, along with details of your current and previous employment history, education and training, as well as the type of work you are seeking.  This may also include sensitive data relating to you, including medical details, details of religious or philosophical beliefs, criminal offences or proceedings and details of race and ethnic origin.  We may receive this information through this site or via one of our recruitment consultants.

High Potential HR is the sole owner of the information collected and will not sell or rent this information to others.

We may disclose or transfer your data to prospective employers with your prior consent.

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary, to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of High Potential HR, the site or its visitors.

High Potential HR places great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information and has security measures in place to protect our users’ information from loss, misues or alteration of data under our control.  While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we do everything in our power to prevent this both online and offline.
