Fully understand your requirements – Meeting with you in person, we look to gain a complete understanding of your organisational objectives and culture, the context of your HR vacancy, the work environment as well as you and the team.

Job Description and Person Specification – We’ll work with you to comprehensively scope out and review your HR vacancies, developing a detailed Job Description and Person Specification.

Resourcing Plan – Once we have the full picture of your requirement we’ll be well positioned to offer the latest HR market information (availability of talent, salary benchmarking, etc.) and agree the best possible resourcing solution.

Screening and Shortlisting Talent – Competency based interviewing and (if required) psychometric profiling of potential talent to gain insight into their knowledge, skills and behaviours. We also run ID and eligibility checks as well as referencing.  We’ll present, in person, a shortlist of the most closely matched individuals.

Interviewing – We arrange interviews, ensuring everyone is fully briefed in advance and de-briefed after each stage.

Offer Acceptance and Start Date – Managing the offer process, we work through the finer details to reach acceptance, negotiating a start date and ensuring contracts are received and returned.

Notice Period and Commencement – Maintaining engagement throughout any notice period is highly important and we stay in touch with all parties during this time.  With pre-start communication to ensure everything is in place ahead of commencement in the new role.

Staying in Touch – We want to be sure everything goes smoothly during those critical first few months and we regularly check-in to help ensure a positive outcome for you, your organisation and the person who has joined you.
